The supervisory functions for each doctoral candidate will be established in a document signed by the Doctorate Programme Coordinator, the doctoral candidate, his or her Tutor and Supervisor.
This Documentary Commitment will include a conflict resolution procedure and will deal with aspects related to the intellectual or industrial property rights that could be generated in the Doctorate Programme.
The process of signing this document must be started by the doctoral student as soon as possible after admission. The document, once signed, will be delivered, either in person at the Doctoral School or by sending it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within three months from the date of first enrollment, for final processing. Signature of the Vice Chancellor for Research. Once the process of signing the document has been completed, it will be filed (an essential requirement for the approval of the first guardianship).
The Doctoral candidate may request a copy of this document at the Doctoral School.
