Description:
The main aim is to characterize the frequency and distribution of the main components of the natural history of cardiovascular disease in Spain. The research group is currently actively working on understanding the decisive factors in obesity (dietetic, sedentary lifestyles, low levels of physical activity and diet) and their impact on the health of older adults. It is also working on the identification of specific strategies to improve the clinical management of high blood pressure and heart failure.
