She holds a Master’s in Facing Competitive Challenges from Harvard University/IESE and a Master’s in Marketing from the Centro Carlos V of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1991). She has worked as an independent consultant specializing in sales, management and team motivation, customer service and creation of customer loyalty. She has held different management positions in firms such as Iberphone, Atento, U.T.E. C.G.S and Digitex.
Since 2008, she has taught courses for companies on topics of sales, online marketing, customer service, and creation of customer loyalty. In 2005, she was appointed Profesora Asociada (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Finance and Commercial Research at the UAM. Since 1992, she has lectured in various Master’s programmes at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is also a regular collaborator in ESIC.
