Student Record Transfer Application

Possible applicants (with Student Record transfer), to continue studies:

• DEGREE IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING OR IN TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE ENGINEERING (Grado en Ingeniería Informática o en Ingeniería de Tecnologías y Servicios de Telecomunicación), those students that have completed 30 core credits from the branch of Engineering and Architecture and that comply with the minimum number of credits needed to maintain enrolled status in this University.

* Admission applications deadline: 9th July, 2014. It will be filed before the School Administration.

* Admission Application Form. It can also be collected at the School Administration.

* Payment of the current fees (€35, fees established by the Comunidad de Madrid Decree)

* The applications are not resolved by chronological submission order, so don't apply for admission until you have all the required documentation. Uncomplete applications will only be admitted the last day of the deadline. 

* Required documentation:

• Photocopy of your ID
• Admission Application (two copies)
• Complete Academic Certification, with all the subjects enrolled in the University of origin, with the grades obtained in every examination call and indicating the number of completed academic years and the nature of the subjects (core, compulsory, elective, etc.). Grades obtained in the current year shoud appear.
• University Admission Examinations (PAU, Spanish Compulsory Examination): Original document with the grades obtained and a photocopy.
• Detailed Syllabi (courses, number of credits and nature of the subjetcs) of the studies undertaken by the student, officially sealed by the University of origin (which the student may get back if he/she does not obtain the place)
• Teaching Guides or Programs of each completed subject, sealed by the University of origin.
• Homologations proposal (equivalence between the subjects already completed in the center of origin and the subjects of the plan of this School). In order to complete and file this document,  print and stick the left page and the right page.
