The Internal Quality Assurance System Manual [ES] of the Escuela Politécnica Superior describes different procedures to collect and evaluate data and relevant information to create improvement suggestions, in order to guarantee the quality of the processes developed by each of the qualifications of the Escuela Politécnica Superior.
The Manual is structured in five core ideas (codified as "E"), each of which gathers a varied number of processes organized in profiles (codified as "F"). Each process demands documenting a set of evidences (codified as documents "D"), and when a process includes tasks that do not exist currently or that are clearly improvable, then an improvement process (codified as "PM") is included to the Manual.
