Resumen/Abstract
I will first present some work about the geometrical and topological analysis of tubular organs such as vessels and bronchi. In a second time I will present some work on MR to CT image translation and lung diseases segmentation. Profesor EPS proponente: Marcos Escudero Viñolo.
Curriculum ponente
After completing a PhD on topologic structuring for 3D images segmentation in 2009, I made a Post-Doc on fast on precise dose estimation for proton therapy treatment. Since I get my position as Associate Professor in LaBRI, Université de Bordeaux, in 2012, I developed a strong cooperation on medical image analysis with the local hospitals. My research interests focuses on 3D computer vision, medical image analysis, and medical image translation.
