  • 1992-1993: Department of Computer Engineering
    • Attached to the Department of Science
    • Director: José Dorronsoro
    • Degree: Computer Engineering
    • First four-year Degree (pre-EHEA) in Computer Engineering in Spain
  • 1997: Creation of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Informática
    • First Director: Javier Garrido
    • Reelected in 2000
    • Design of Joint Plan for Computer Engineering and Mathematics (pre-EHEA Undergraduate Studies)
  • 2001-2002: Design of Telecommunications Engineering Plan
    • First four-year Degree (pre-EHEA) in Telecommunication Engineering in Spain
    • Third elected Director: Manuel Alfonseca
  • 2002-2003: The Degree in Telecommunication Engineering and the Double Major in Computer Engineering and Mathematics (pre-EHEA) are launched
  • 2003-2004: The School changes its name to Escuela Politénica Superior
  • 2004: Fourth elected Director: Xavier Alamán
    • Design of Degree in Computer Engineering and Double Major in Computer Engineering and Mathematics Plans (EHEA-adapted Undergraduate Studies)
  • 2008: Fifth elected Director: Estrella Pulido
    • Design of Degree in Telecommunication Technology and Service Engineering Plan (EHEA-adapted)
  • 2009: The construction of the School’s third building (C) is completed
  • 2009-2010: The Degree in Computer Engineering (EHEA-adapted) is launched
  • 2010-2011: The Degree in Telecommunication Technology and Service Engineering (EHEA-adapted) is launched
