The application for admission to the Master's program is done electronically through our on-line admissions application. Before starting the admission process it is advisable to consult the following information and follow the instructions described in Admission step by step:
Specific access and admission requirements:
To access the official Master's programs, it is necessary to hold a Spanish official university degree related to the Field of Knowledge of Physical Anthropology.
Likewise, university graduates from foreign educational systems may also be admitted without the need for the homologation of their degrees, provided that they accredit a level of training equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish university degrees and that they qualify, in the country issuing the degree, for access to postgraduate studies.
Individuals with higher education degrees interested in scientific and/or professional training in Physical Anthropology can register for the Master's in "Physical Anthropology: Evolution and Human Biodiversity." They should come from biosanitary disciplines (Biology, Food Science and Technology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.) and fields related to Physical Anthropology (Specific areas of Social Sciences —Archaeology, Cultural Anthropology, among others—, Biotechnology, Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, etc.).
The Inter-University Coordination Commission of the Master's Degree may establish that students take previous Complementary Training Courses depending on their previous training:
- Basic principles of Physical Anthropology (3 credits).
- Basic Principles of Human Population Genetics (3 credits).

Other requirements for students with non-EU qualifications
When you have been notified about your acceptance on the Master's Degree, and your acceptance is based on a university qualification issued by a higher education institution not belonging to the EHEA, you will need to legalize the qualification via diplomatic channels in order to formalize registration, or by means of a “Hague Convention Apostille”.
You can check these procedures in the pages on Legalization of foreign qualifications and Declaration of average grade.
If necessary, you may need to include an official translation into the Spanish language of this document.
