Para PAS UAM

La Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a través del Vicerrectorado de Relaciones Internacionales, promueve la movilidad del Personal de Administración y Servicios de la universidad a través del Programa de Aprendizaje Permanente Erasmus con fines formativos. Esta acción engloba dos tipos de movilidad:

•   Movilidad de personal de una institución de educación superior a una empresa. El objetivo es permitir que los beneficiarios aprendan de la transferencia de conocimientos o de competencias y adquieran aptitudes prácticas. Las actividades pueden ser muy variadas: seminarios, talleres, cursos y conferencias, periodos de formación práctica, breves comisiones de servicios, etc.
•   Movilidad de personal de una institución de educación superior a otra institución de educación superior socia. El objetivo es permitir que los beneficiarios aprendan de las experiencias y buenas prácticas de la institución socia y mejoren las aptitudes que requiere su actual puesto de trabajo. La principal actividad es una breve estancia en la institución socia que puede denominarse de varias maneras: breves comisiones de servicios, observación de profesionales, visitas de estudios, etc.

Eventos

UEF Staff Training Week

The University of Eastern Finland is happy to invite you to the UEF Staff Training Week taking place on the Joensuu campus during 5-9 June 2017. There is also a one-day-visit to the Kuopio campus included in the programme.

The overall theme of the week is the different learning environments and their use at UEF. The participants will also get an insight to UEF and what it offers for exchange students. There is also a short introduction to the Finnish language and culture included into the programme.

The week is targeted to all interested staff members of our Erasmus partner universities working for example at International Office, faculty/department etc.

UEF Staff Training Week in Switzerland:

The University of Lausanne is pleased to announce
4 days of staff training from 27 to 30 June 2017 

Around the theme: EMPOWER STUDENTS AND STAFF. 

Programme and target audience

From 27 to 30 June 2017 and intended for administrative staff of international relations offices (on central or departmental level) working in connection with others locally and internationally. The programme aims to provide the participants with the following:

  • The opportunity to discover the University of Lausanne's campus and infrastructures, while exchanging good practices to facilitate mobility and developing soft and communication skills that are useful to our work
  • One of the sessions is dedicated to meeting a representative of the Swiss National Agency who will present the options that exist to keep collaborating with Swiss institutions since Switzerland is ‘Partner Country’ in Erasmus+
  • A visit to the Foundation Jean Monnet for Europe will allow discussions on the opportunities and challenges of Europe
  • Participants will have an insight on Lausanne as the Olympic Capital
  • We left the doors open to individual visits to departments on demand

Modalities

The number of participants is limited to 20 with a maximum of 2 people per institution. The selection will be made according to three criteria:

  1. Motivation and reasons for taking part in this training
  2. Field of work
  3. Occupation with a partner institution of UNIL

The working language is English.

Free of charge for European participants

Financed by the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP) and by our university (not by Erasmus+), no fees are charged for participants working at a European institution (Erasmus + Program Country).
