The molecular spectroscopy is the study of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with matter.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (NMR) studies the behavior of certain atomic nuclei (those who have non-zero nuclear spin) in the presence of an external magnetic field.
The Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) studies the behaviour of atomic nuclei with spin different zero under the influence of an external magnetic field. Each nuclei is affected by this field, as well as the fields created in their environment by the nearby nuclei and electronic distribution. These nuclear interactions will depend on the relative orientation of the molecules.
