  • TXRF 8030c - FEI Spectrometer Total reflection X Ray Fluorescence Laboratory (TXRF)

Total reflection X-Ray Fluorescence (TXRF) is based on the study of X-ray fluorescence emission induced by the excitation of the atoms of a sample by an X-ray source.

  • ICP-MS laboratory Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)

Since the first commercial systems in the early 1980´s ICP-MS has firmly consolidated as the technique with the most potential to analyze trace elements and its isotopes in all kind of matrix. ICP-MS can analyze all elements with some exceptions H, He, C, N, O, F, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe and Cl.

  • XP6 and MX5 microbalances Elementary Chemical Analysis Laboratory (ECA)

The essential utility for combustion elemental analysis is that it provides a fast and simultaneously the total content of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur present in a variety of solid or liquid compounds from any Procession both as a synthesis origin natural (soil, biological samples, agricultural, etc..)
