The implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the SIdI is an initiative taken by the government of the university with the objective of increasing the quality and efficiency of the service.
This project is carried out with the leadership of the administration, which defines a clear Quality Policy and Objectives that are deployed through technical and management procedures with the objective of fulfilling the expectations of everyone interested in the success of our organization.
