Descripción:

This study is part of a larger research that has the purpose of filling a gap: the lack of an effective instrument to assess history content and history language integrated learning through the H-CLIL model and see the differences between students’ language and history learning across bilingual and non-bilingual groups. Priority areas of this study are to experiment and systematically validate the application of the model, based on the didactics of history, Systemic Functional Linguistics (Llinares, Morton and Whittaker, 2012) and Dalton-Puffer’s Cognitive Discourse Functions (CDFs) (Dalton-Puffer, 2013).
